Tariff

The following rents are for hire of the whole property.

• Minimum Stay 2 Nights
• Christmas and New Year Bookings please enquire for prices
• Minimum stay over a Bank Holiday weekend and at Christmas and New Year is 5 nights. The minimum stay at other times is 2 nights
• Guests may check in at 4pm or later on the day of arrival, and must vacate by 10am on the day of departure. We will do our best to accommodate different check-in and check-out times to suit flight times, and at the very least can provide an early bag drop off service.
• Please note that this is a strictly non smoking house.
• Well behaved dogs are allowed provided they remain in the laundry room and enter/exit the property through the garage.
